What is Aicopack?

One page you send anyone: they see your verified identity, check your licences against the state's own record, and book a time with you. Your link is aicopack.com/v/your-name.

What does the verified mark mean?

That Aicopack checked a government ID and the name on it matches the name on your page. It does not verify your licence; your page links to the state's own record so the caller can check it themselves.

How do I get verified?

It's a step in setup, and it's always on your profile under Credentials. On the Pro plan the government-ID check is included, no separate charge. The mark turns on the moment the check passes, and your public page can only go live once it has.

How much does it cost?

The free plan costs nothing: your page, your QR, and booking. Pro is $12 a month or $132 a year, charged when you start it. Cancel any time; it runs to the end of the period you paid for, then drops back to Free.

Can I get a refund?

Paid months are non-refundable. The identity check is included in Pro, and once you run it you have used it: we pay our provider for the check the moment it runs, whether or not you keep the plan. A refund or a chargeback on a plan payment takes the verified mark off your page (your page, code, clients and data stay yours). Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep access until the period ends.

How do I add my licence?

Profile → Credentials. Pick the state, which sets the official record your caller opens, then enter the number.

I forgot my password.

Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in page. The link is single-use and expires in 30 minutes.

How do I turn on two-factor authentication?

Account → Security → Two-factor authentication. Scan the QR with an authenticator app and save your backup codes.

How do I export or delete my data?

Account → Security → Your data. Export emails you a download link; delete schedules removal after a 14-day grace you can cancel.

How do I report a fake or abusive page?

Every verified page has a report link, or email us below. We review reports and can revoke a page's verified mark.
