Aicopack gives licensed insurance producers and real estate agents a verified public page, a QR intake, a booking page, and record-keeping for the business behind it. Your page lists your licence numbers with a link beside each that opens the state’s own record, so anyone can confirm them at the source.

The verified badge means we checked a government ID and the name on it matched your profile. It is not a check of your licence. Confirming a licence is the state’s function, which is why every licence on your page links to the state’s own record rather than to a claim by us.

Aicopack does not give legal, tax, compliance or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for your own professional judgement or your carriers’ and regulators’ own requirements.

Where you use the field-underwriting feature, it reports what a carrier’s published guide says for the information you have recorded. It is not an underwriting decision, not a quote, and not binding on any carrier. Only the carrier’s underwriter decides a case. Verify anything that matters against the carrier’s current guide before you rely on it, and keep in mind a guide we have encoded may have been revised since.

• Keep your login credentials confidential, and tell us promptly if you think an account is compromised.
• Hold the licences and appointments required for the business you write. Aicopack lists them; it does not confer them.
• Have the right to enter the information you enter, including any client health information, and handle it in line with the law that applies to you.
• Use the product for your own business, not to resell access or to scrape it.

Records you enter remain yours. We process them to run the product, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time.

Paid features are billed by subscription through our payment processor. You can cancel at any time and access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refundable except where the law requires it.

Gifted and invited months. Pro is charged when it starts. A gift from an annual member, or an access code from us, takes one month off at your first checkout. Each is good once, for a new account, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Identity verification. Getting a verified badge involves a government-ID identity check run by our identity provider. It is included with a paid plan at no separate charge. Because each check costs us to run whether or not it passes, we may limit how many checks an account can start in a day. A badge is granted only if the check passes and the document name matches your profile, and a public page can only go live once it has.

Referral credits. If someone you refer becomes a paying member and remains one past a 30-day holding period, you earn account credit worth one free month. The hold exists so a membership that is refunded, disputed, or cancelled within those 30 days earns nothing; the credit only becomes real once the referred membership has genuinely stuck. Credit is applied to your Aicopack invoices, is never paid out as cash, is granted once per referred member, and only for a genuine paid membership. Credit that has not yet matured is reversed if the referred membership is refunded, disputed, or cancelled during the holding period.

Gift memberships. Where offered, an annual member may send gift memberships that give a new member a free period. A gift you send has real value; if you cancel an annual plan for a refund, the value of any gift memberships you have sent may be deducted from that refund.

We work to keep Aicopack available and accurate, but it is provided as-is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or business.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or puts the service or other users at risk.

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to the email on your account. Continuing to use Aicopack after a change means you accept it.
